It wasn’t until Cathy experienced knee issues that Pilates became so important for her to believe in the power of natural healing and getting to the core of understanding how the body works.Cathy is always approachable whether it be for a fitness class or question, for weight loss with Ideal Protein in the office or as Executive Director at MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.
Beginners Restorative Yoga
Brenda believes in the connection with self and the ability to alter one’s path based on the discoveries that yoga presents. She teaches to the entire person in practice, so that people finish refreshed and balanced in mind and body. Brenda is a Certified Yoga Teacher, trained in Ahimsa (non-harming) principles in active, restorative and yin practices.
