Greetings to all patients of MacAskill Chiropractic and Wellness Centre,
With the ever-changing information coming forward on the COVID-19 Virus we would like to offer this update on our current clinic status.
Recognizing that many of you have your care on hold over the COVID-19 crisis, we would like to provide you with these spinal and postural exercises. They should be done on a daily basis. These exercises combined with a 30 minute walk per day will help to keep your joints and posture in good shape during this worldwide pandemic.
We also suggest keeping adequate levels of protein, fruits, and vegetables in your diet and to avoid excessive intake of simple carbohydrate foods such as sweets, crackers, cookies, pastas, bread, and snack foods.
